From the moment you arrive at Yulee Family Dentistry, our goal is to help you feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident about your care. Your first visit is designed to be thorough yet stress-free, beginning with a quick and simple check-in. We'll take digital X-rays with Pearl AI technology and complete a comprehensive exam so we can clearly understand your oral health. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions and talk through your goals with your doctor, who will work with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Every step of the way, we explain things clearly so you know exactly what to expect. Whether it’s been years since your last appointment or you’re simply looking for a more personal approach to dental care, you’ll find that your first visit sets the tone for a lasting relationship built on trust and comfort.

Finances & Insurance

At Yulee Family Dentistry, we’re committed to providing high-quality care in a way that’s transparent and stress-free. Our fees reflect the advanced technology, modern facility, top-quality materials, and skill of our doctors, and are based on what is considered usual and customary for our region. To make care accessible, we accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards, as well as flexible financing through Cherry and CareCredit. These programs offer a full range of payment options; from no-interest plans to extended terms, so you can choose what works best for your budget.

We also work with many out-of-network insurance providers and are happy to assist with processing claims on your behalf. While we provide treatment plans that include estimated coverage, please note that insurance companies sometimes pay differently than projected. Because your dental insurance contract is between you and your provider, we cannot guarantee payment amounts or enter into disputes with insurance companies. Our priority is to keep communication open, transparent, and focused on your care.

Payment is due at the time of service, but we offer several options to help manage costs. These include flexible payment plans, no-interest short-term options, low-interest long-term plans, and discounts for upfront cash payments. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks, and any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility.
